Cantina Cumin & Spice

This is the second blend we developed after the Cajun No-Salt. It's cumin-heavy and earthy. Good on refried beans and taco meat.
The ratio is 3.5 parts cumin, 2 parts granulated garlic, 1.5 parts sweet paprika, 1 part oregano, half a part each of hot Hungarian paprika and freshly toasted black pepper. A 2oz tin comes out to about 59 grams.
Use about a tablespoon and a half in a batch of refried beans, or two tablespoons as taco seasoning for browned ground beef. It's what goes in the base layer of the 6-layer bean dip.
We're not selling this one yet, but it's in the recipe database. The margin math is similar to the Cajun blend — most of the cost is in the cumin and the paprika.
